In this class, we recently had a slice form prism project. In this project we created slice forms from a simple shape that we choose. During this project we learned how to calculate areas, surface areas, lateral surface areas and base calculations. These concepts were incorporated in our project because we had to calculate all of these concepts in order to put our slice form together. I liked this project because it was more hands on than most math projects. We actually constructed our slice forms and it was a lot of fun. The calculations were very challenging but in the end and overall, this project was very awesome. Below are some pictures of my prism and my slice form.
